This is the refund and returns policy for Kemyt Novelties Trading LLC

Returns and Exhanges

Our policy lasts for 2 days for the items on sale. If 2 days have passed since the delivery of our items on sale, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The customized items can’t be exchanged or refunded after delivery unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

For cancellations of personalized orders made after 24 hours:  

– A charge of 50% will apply.  

– Buyers are responsible for all costs of materials used in the order.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and ship the item back within 10 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please note that Kemyt Gallery does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning an item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same piece, please contact us at info@kemytgallery.com.

Due to the nature of our artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:  

– Custom or personalized orders  

– Items on sale
